| Type | Organization (non-canon one-shot) |
| Spokesman | Moraniel |
| Affiliation | World Martial Arts Tournament entrants |
| First appearance | Philosopher's Fist |
Overview¶
After the briefing in the tent at the Athletes' Village, the entrants split into huddles. The aliens are the biggest group; the others include the Pure Human Martial Artists and a medium-sized group of wizards. Moraniel is in the middle of saying that "the reputation of the alien faction has been seriously compromised already," and the group wants "standards on who counts as an alien." (Philosopher's Fist)
Members¶
- Moraniel, the faction's spokesman. He questions Derk about what he is, decides he is a lost child and sends him back to his "state appointed" guardian.
History¶
Mirabeth sends Derk to chat with the faction. Moraniel asks whether he is human or an extraterrestrial and whether his parents know where he is, and he politely shoos Derk away once Derk mentions Mirabeth. On Derk's way out, a Superior roll of 6 lets him overhear one member saying "they are not sending their best" and another asking what happened to "that Gandekian," who "looks like someone stepped on him."
