The Old Woman in the Lime-Green VW Beetle is an elderly bystander at the Brooks Pharmacy siege who berates the half-naked Andrew Howard, bites both him and Huell Kendrick, and is knocked out and handcuffed by Huell.

Description¶
She is an elderly, prudish woman who drives a lime-green VW Beetle. After she bites Andrew, Andre notes that Andrew now knows for a fact that she has every one of her teeth. (Roulet Estate 03)
History¶
During the Brooks Pharmacy siege, the gunman cuts his deadline to two minutes and demands that every cop, meaning anyone with a gun, walk up to the store naked with handcuffs held above their heads. Andrew takes his shirt off while stalling the gunman on the phone and ends up with his shirt off and his pants on. (Roulet Estate 03)
While Kurt and the Biz are working on the building's back door and roof, the old woman pulls up beside Andrew, points at his chest and demands, "What on earth are you doing, young man? Have you no decency? This is a public place. You can't be out here getting high and naked and gurning in public." When Andrew identifies himself as Special Agent Howard, she answers, "Your special agent of depravity!" while poking him in the nipple. (Roulet Estate 03)
Andrew drags her to the ground behind the car, and she screams "Help! Rape!" Rita chose a Manipulate Someone roll rather than fighting her; it came up 4, and the woman bit Andrew for 2 harm. Zack (as Huell) took over with a roll of 11 and chose to force her where he wanted her. She bit his shoulder for 2 harm, and he punched her unconscious and handcuffed her hands behind her back. The two police officers behind their squad car gestured that they would not cross the open space to take her, and Huell vowed to get them fired. (Roulet Estate 03)
