LTTE

The Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, the Sri Lankan insurgent group that Kurt Larson says he was sent to fight in early 1993. He mentions it in passing in the epilogue, where he says he postponed the assassination of Ranasinghe Premadasa before being called back after Waco. The group never appears. (Roulet Estate 03)

Perot's Insurgency Task Force

The new unit that President-elect Ross Perot is forming to investigate the "insurgency incidents." On Christmas Eve 1992 Big Bill tells the agents that Perot believes their task force is a cover for George H. W. Bush weaponizing the FBI against his political enemies. Perot has asked him to resign and will disband and reassign the Paranatural Incident Task Force on Inauguration Day. (Roulet Estate 01)

Salvation Army

The charity for which the teenage carolers collect at the task force office on Christmas Eve 1992. Huell Kendrick gives the carolers his remaining cigarettes and the Biz gives one of his gold nuggets. (Roulet Estate 01) See also Salvation Army Carolers.

The Humanists

The group about which Boris Yeltsin questions the Biz. After offering him a Cuban cigar in the former Soviet Parliament building, Yeltsin says, "Tell me everything you know about the humanists." Nothing more is revealed about who they are. (Roulet Estate 03)
