Description¶
Andre identifies it as "the world's version of Wisconsin." All Derk can report is trees, roads, a sign he reads as "Forester" or "Farm Mister" (he knows the F, the R and the word "mister" by shape), and a McDonald's. (Philosopher's Fist)
History of events there¶
After the fight in the Presidential Event Hall, Derk's aim is off and he re-enters over the ocean, then hops about looking for landmarks. At 2 a.m. he spends his last $2 on a video call to Mirabeth: "Grandpa, I need you to go pick me up. I don't know where I am. And I'm scared." Mirabeth tells him to ask someone in the McDonald's where he is, and he comes back with the answer, Wisukonshin. He looks so sad that the workers give him a package of nuts to tide him over. Mirabeth removes her curlers, puts on makeup and sets out with her umbrella to rescue him. Andre closes with "that is where we leave off this one-shot." (Philosopher's Fist)
Trivia¶
- The name is only spoken aloud in the session, so its spelling here is of uncertain form.
