Harvey¶
Harvey is the enormous black Great Dane of the Circle Chasers, a teenage Bigfoot-hunting group in Dahlonega, Georgia, who say he is trained to smell the paranormal.

Description¶
Harvey is an enormous black Great Dane. The Chasers say they have trained him to smell the paranormal. It works for aliens, they say, but they are not sure about Bigfoot, and they credit him with leading them straight to their last crop circle (Appalachia 01). In Appalachia 02 one of the Chasers remarks that Harvey loves bugs, and Sloth says he does not usually like strangers.
History¶
In Appalachia 01 the team meets the Chasers on the road to the sheriff's station, at their streamlined silver trailer painted with a crop circle. Sloth introduces the group and pats the dog, and Andre has Harvey answer "Woof" after each of the Chasers' claims, a running joke in the episode.
In Appalachia 02 the Chasers arrive near the woods trail where the agents are investigating (see Woods Trail and Rabbit Site). Harvey sprints out of the woods, jumps up, puts his paws on Andrew's shoulders and licks his face.
In Appalachia 07, at the Original Spud Hut, Harvey knocks Andrew over. Rita rolls a tough check for Andrew and gets a 13, and Andre rules that Andrew reflexively scoops up the huge dog and cradles it like a baby while it licks his face, which he calls a classic Shaggy and Scooby-Doo moment. Vanessa blurts out "Bear vomit", and the teens go on to describe the bear vomit and the blinking tracking device they found in it (see SHA Tracking Device). Sloth asks for his dog back. Zack asks whether the dog just winked at him, and Sloth answers, "It's a tic."
Relationships¶
Harvey adores Andrew, the one agent he takes to at once. The Chasers play as the campaign's Scooby-Doo gang, with Harvey in the Scooby role (Appalachia 02, Appalachia 07).
