Description¶
The car carries a car phone and a marked-up map of the area. Diane slept in the back seat under a blanket, and the car is littered with the packages of the Corn Nuts she was made to stop for on the drive (Roulet Estate 01, Roulet Estate 03).
History¶
Roulet Estate 01. The hungover agents find the car in the driveway of the Roulet House. Andrew first mistakes the blanketed shape in the back seat for a body, but it is Diane. The car will not start and the phone does not work. During the sniper's attack a car window is shot out. Afterward the agents push the car closer to the house, and when they raise the hood they find the battery missing (Roulet Estate 01).
Roulet Estate 02. While the agents are in the basement, an engine starts outside. They reach the front door in time to see a grey alien driving their car around the corner of the driveway. The monk sprints after it shouting "Pawtucket!" and gives up after about a hundred feet. The players assume the thief put the battery back; the episodes never explain why he removed it. Later a local officer asks for a description of the shooter and the car so that an APB can go out (Roulet Estate 02).
Roulet Estate 03. The episode opens with a cold open shot from the back seat as the gunman, in a grey alien head and holding a 9mm pistol, drives the car through slush, humming along to "Radar Love" with the fuel gauge in the red. After the agents learn from a young officer that it has been spotted, they find it parked in the lot of a Brooks pharmacy beside a squad car. The gunman's shots into the lot hit the tires of the police car the agents push toward cover; Kurt pries a flat tire off its rim, douses it with vodka from the Biz's flask and sets it alight, adding a bag of stale donuts from the squad car, to make a smoke screen (Roulet Estate 03).
