The Visitation Tapes are the Roulets' labelled VHS tapes, kept in a huge rack in the living room of the Roulet House, some of which are labelled as records of alien visitations.

| Aliases | VHS tapes |
| Holder | Kurt Larson (a couple of the tapes) |
| First appearance | Roulet Estate 01 |
Description¶
The living room of the Roulet House holds a television and a huge VHS rack. Some tapes are home movies. Others are labelled by hand, including "September '92 visitation", "May '91 visitation" and "Lights in the sky, July '92" (Roulet Estate 01).
Properties¶
Kurt reads the labels hoping to compare the dates with the owners' partly coded notebook in the library, which logs sightings of Greys and lights over the house ending in the fall of 1992 (Roulet Estate 01).
History¶
At the end of Roulet Estate 01, Kurt takes a couple of the labelled tapes with him as evidence. In the recap at the start of Roulet Estate 02, Andre says the agents found VHS tapes but have not watched them, and no one watches them in the episode. There is no power in the house in any case (Roulet Estate 01, Roulet Estate 02). Their contents are never revealed.
