Delta belongs to the non-canon one-shot Philosopher's Fist 3.J/2: Unchainable, not to the main campaign.
Delta is a small psychic alien entrant who rides on Derk's shoulders in the briefing tent. (Philosopher's Fist)

Description¶
Delta is clearly an alien, "maybe an inch taller" than Derk, and raises a hand when Colonel Sparago asks who has psychic powers. When Delta asks Derk what he is and Derk says he does not know, Delta announces, "I'm a quadrillion." (Philosopher's Fist)
History¶
In the briefing tent at the Athletes' Village, Derk stands on his chair to see the stage and offers the entrant behind him a ride on his shoulders, which Delta accepts. Delta climbs down when Sparago demands to know who spoke up, then climbs back on. Delta tells Derk, "Wow, you're kinda dumb, aren't you?" and says "That's okay. Honestly, I could tell." When Derk whispers to Mirabeth that he has "been on asteroid before," Delta cuts in that "Asteroid's not a drug" and asks whether they know Ovain. Delta appears only in the tent. (Philosopher's Fist)
